Property consultancy firm, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), has made a new senior appointment within its Edinburgh office.
Director, Ann Kay, has been promoted to head of lease advisory and will head up the division across Scotland overseeing rent reviews, lease renewals and re-gears representing both tenants and landlords.
Ann has over 20-years experience in the commercial property market and previously worked at BNP Paribas and Rapleys.
She will be supported by recently qualified Chartered Surveyor, Kirsty Henderson who will now join the company’s lease advisory division and LSH’s Scottish valuation team.
