Acting on behalf of vendors Kier Ventures Limited, Fletcher Morgan Chartered Surveyors have sold a retail development site at Christchurch Road, Baglan Bay, Port Talbot, to Iceland Foods Ltd.
The 2.3 acre site was sold for an undisclosed sum. Mason & Partners represented Iceland Foods Ltd.
Plans for a 14,500 sq ft supermarket were approved by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council’s planning committee on 21 November.
