Industrial asset the Winster Buildings in Ilkeston change hands for £3.1m

Savills, on behalf of a private individual, has sold the Winster Buildings on Manners Industrial Estate in Ilkeston, Derbyshire to Quidnet GHB Ltd for £3.1 million.

The site comprises two industrial buildings including a 58,554 sq ft (5,439 sq m) manufacturing facility and a newly constructed warehouse totalling 20,656 sq ft (1,918 sq m), alongside an adjacent development plot with planning consent for two multi purpose B1, B2 and B8 units. Let in its entirety to Eurocell Profiles Limited with an unexpired lease term of more than five years, the asset generates an annual rental income of £253,000.
