Winnersh Triangle sweetens the deal for industry-leading PureCircle

Winnersh Triangle is enjoying sweet success with PureCircle, one of its global, industry-leading occupiers, relocating to a new unit at the business park.

In a year that has seen international brands BD, Bilfinger and Sugatsune move to and expand at Winnersh Triangle, PureCircle is following suite, and relocating from 135 Wharfedale Road to 140 Wharfedale Road.

PureCircle, the world’s leading producer and innovator of great-tasting stevia sweeteners for the global beverage and food industry, is expanding its UK headquarters at Winnersh.

The company moved in to 2,600 sq ft of office space in 2012, and has now taken 3,464 sq ft in a standalone unit within Winnersh Triangle’s 100 series to accommodate the significant growth of its UK business.

Olivier Kutz, Director of EMEA Region Sales at PureCircle, commented on the business’ expansion: “Great-tasting, plant-based stevia sweeteners are an increasingly important ingredient for beverage and food companies working responsibly to reduce sugar and calories in their products. We are excited to expand our UK office space, further illustrating the growing demand in the UK and globally for the best-tasting, sugar-like stevia sweeteners.”

“PureCircle’s commitment to the ‘100 series’ is clear testament to the flexibility of the park. The relocation not only enables PureCircle to acquire new staff, office space and equipment, but ensures continued access to the superb surrounding amenities and growing community of world class tenants.”
