TFT acts for KFIM on c.£95m Bristol Harbourside acquisition

Tuffin Ferraby Taylor (“TFT”) have just completed a number of professional consultancy services on behalf of Knight Frank Investment Management (KFIM), on a landmark office building overlooking Bristol’s Floating Harbour. 10 Canons Way, Harbourside, is one of the largest office spaces in the city comprising of 176,611 sq ft (16,408 sq m) over five floors, including a central atrium.

Acquired by a Korean investor, the building was developed in 2007 for Clerical Medical Insurance and is now let to Scottish Widows, part of the Lloyds Banking Group.

The offices are part of one of only a handful of buildings that are capable of being cooled by water from the Floating Harbour; and the only one that currently is being cooled in this innovative way.
