GVA has appointed Richard Frost to its Building Consultancy team. With over twenty years’ experience within the property industry, Richard is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and a qualified construction adjudicator.
Richard joins GVA in its Cardiff office as Associate, having previously worked for Bruton Knowles.
