Cushman & Wakefield announces eight promotions for Birmingham office

Cushman & Wakefield has promoted eight staff at its Birmingham office.

Peter Hulme, part of the Global Occupier Services (GOS) team has been promoted to International Partner, Amy Haigh (GOS), Craig Chatwin (Project Management & Consultancy), Jonathan Tutt (Development and Planning) and Paul Reynolds (Asset Services) have all been promoted to Associate level.

Claire Biddle (Development and Planning), Simon Broome (Asset Services) and Vivien Batey (GOS) have been promoted to Senior Surveyor / Senior Consultant level.

David Tonks, Head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Birmingham office, said: “Encouraging colleagues to develop and progress to the next level is vital if we are to continue to grow and to lead the real estate industry now and in the future. In total, 84 staff across Cushman & Wakefield’s UK business were promoted.
