Tristan Capital Partners in conjunction with Savills IM has secured a significant letting to B&M at 28 East Retail Park in Newport. The discount retailer has taken a new 10 year lease on Unit 1A comprising 35,000 sq ft.
B&M previously occupied a smaller unit at Newport West Retail Park, but have upsized and relocated to 28 East taking possession at the end of September with an opening scheduled for 15th November.
Oak Furnitureland has also taken a new 10 year lease on Unit 4 (9,000 sq ft), which further bolsters the bulky-goods offering alongside Wren and Topps Tiles.
