Screwfix, the leading retailer of trade tools, accessories and hardware products, has taken a ten year lease on a trade counter unit at Glenmore Business Park in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire confirms Barker Storey Matthews who acted for the landlord in the instruction jointly with Cheffins.
Screwfix will occupy Unit 1, a prominent position within the Park, which is a 444.31 sq m unit across a ground floor, trade counter space of 372.31 sq m (4,008 sq ft) and a mezzanine floor of 72.0 sq m (775 sq ft).
Screwfix will be trading alongside other occupiers such as Merlin Bathrooms and Medicines 4 U at Glenmore Business Park which is, according to the agent, a popular business location given its onward transport links and prime position opposite Cambridgeshire’s next proposed new settlement on the site of Waterbeach barracks.
