Latest West Point Row letting leaves only one office available

Only one office remains at the recently refurbished West Point Row offices close to the M4/M5 interchange in north Bristol, following the letting of Unit 2 to Galliford Try Partnerships.

The regeneration specialist has taken the two-storey 4,574 sq ft unit, which has 22 parking spaces, for five years with a three-year break.

Landlord Southdowns Westpoint Row was jointly represented by commercial property specialists Colliers International and GVA.

James Preece, national offices director in the Bristol office of Colliers International, said: “West Point Row is a strategically-located office scheme that underwent a complete refurbishment after it was acquired by landlord Southdowns Westpoint Row last year.

“Such has been the high level of interest that it has attracted from national and international businesses in recent months that the only remaining space is the ground floor of Unit 5. This is available at a quoting rent of £14.50 per annum exclusive and comprises 1,427 sq ft with seven parking spaces.”

West Point Row is located off Great Park Road and benefits from convenient access to the M4/M5 Almondsbury Interchange, and an excellent car parking ratio.

Galliford Try Partnerships joins retail and commercial bank Shawbrook Bank Limited; construction and facilities management firm, Bouygues Energies and Services S.A.S; engineering, IT and facilities company NG Bailey, and international software testing company QualiTest.
