Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP strengthen management teams in London and Bristol

Kathrine Luckie, Dezrine Conard, Neil Jones, and Gruffudd Hobday, Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP

Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP, commercial property consultants with offices in London and Bristol, have strengthened their Property and Asset Management teams in both offices following the appointment of seven new members of staff.

In London, Dezrine Conard and Kathrine Luckie have joined as Associate Directors.  With over 30 years’ experience between them, they complement the rapidly growing management function within the London office. Dezrine has joined from JLL and Kathrine from CBRE. Both will be working closely with Stuart Howell and handling property portfolio’s owned by The Co-operative Group, Marks and Spencer Plc and The Property Group, who acquired six new office buildings in the capital totaling over 250,000 sq ft in the last 12 months (advised by Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP).

In Bristol, Neil Jones and Gruffudd Hobday have joined as a Senior Surveyor and Graduate Trainee respectively. Neil has over 20 years’ experience in the property market dealing with both residential and commercial property. Gruffudd joins after qualifying from University of West of England in Property Investment, Management and Sustainable Studies. Both are appointed to assist in the management of a range of portfolios.

The team are further bolstered by the recruitment of Aneta Bronisz-Antoniolli and Jessica Smith who have both joined the Bristol team as property administrators.

Ian Duck has joined the growing facilities management division from Savills. Ian is an experienced FM manger with nearly 20 years’ experience and will be working closely with the property managers on a wide range of portfolios
