GJS Dillon disposes of two Bromsgrove office buildings

Worcestershire commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon has disposed of two self-contained offices buildings at an innovative business park in Bromsgrove.

Acting on behalf of a private client, Charlie Green, commercial negotiator at GJS Dillon, sold the long leasehold interest in Suite 28 Greenbox, Westonhall Road, Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove, B60 4AL, an 836 sq office building to Cadsquare for £170,000.  Cadsquare is an architectural, infrastructure and urban design consultancy, relocating from Norton in Worcestershire.

At the same time, acting for a private landlord, Mrs Green has let Suite 19 Greenbox, Westonhall Road, Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove, B60 4AL, an 855 sq office building, to credit broking firm Blue Fish Partnership, which is relocating from Redditch, on a two year lease at an annual rent of £10,000.

The Greenbox office park is a modern purpose-built development of smaller, self-contained office buildings, providing flexible space for occupiers, three miles south of Bromsgrove town centre.

Mrs Green says: “Office space in and around Bromsgrove is increasingly sought after, as it is one of the most attractive business locations in Worcestershire.  It’s notable that both new occupiers are relocating to Bromsgrove from elsewhere in the county.”
