Burston Cook and joint agents Colliers International have recently secured a tenant for 5,580 sq ft of modern office accommodation at Bath Business Park, making this the largest office deal to take place this year at the Office Quarter on Bath Business Park.
The self-contained office has been let to Independent Health Group who are a privately run health group, established in 2004, who strive to provide high quality NHS care.
