LSH expands building consultancy team with new appointment

The Birmingham office of national commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has expanded its Building Consultancy team with the appointment of Jaspal Rai as a senior surveyor.

Jaspal has worked in Birmingham for four years as a surveyor with Tuffin Ferraby Taylor, working with a range of clients including pension funds and investor landlords.

Before that he worked in central London in both the public and private sectors, gaining a wide range of experience since graduating in building surveying in 1999.

He has worked for a wide variety of clients including independent investors and landlords, tenants and commercial property investors. He specialises in dilapidations work for both landlords and tenants, as well as contract administration liability reports.

In his new role he will join LSH’s expanding Building Consultancy team which advises a wide range of high profile clients throughout the region.

Building Consultancy Director, Alexa Cotterell said, “Jaspal is a welcome addition to our consultancy team, which is growing in both workload and capability. He brings with him valuable experience of working with landlords and tenants, particularly on dilapidations.”
