Major 133 bedroom hotel development site acquired in central Brighton

Flude Commercial acted in the acquisition of 78 West Street, Brighton by Silvercoin Investments Ltd.

The site comprises a substantial former nightclub which has lain mainly vacant for the past 10 years.

Planning consent was secured in 2016 for the redevelopment of the site for a 133 bed hotel with associated facilities.

Tunbridge Wells based development consultants, Decimus Ltd, advised Silvercoin, on the site with the intention of developing the hotel during the next 18 months.
