Mills keep on turning in Chandlers Ford

Think of “milling” and you might not instantly think of Chandlers Ford – but those with precision engineering requirements know that Chandlers Ford Industrial Estate, Eastleigh, is home to Telmar CNC – the precision milling and turning engineers.

Telmar CNC recently decided to renew their lease at Unit 3, Warrior Park, Eagle Close with Keygrove Chartered Surveyors advising their private landlord. The property comprises 3,957 square feet (367.61 square metres).

Richard Nevines, Director of Keygrove who advised the private landlord says: “The property is ideal for Telmar CNC as Warrior Park provides high quality industrial units at the heart of the established Chandlers Ford Industrial Estate with good access to the M3 and M27 motorways”.

Commenting on the decision to renew their lease at Warrior Park, Lucy Mould, a Director at Telmar CNC says: “We are a second generation family run business with clients that value continuity of service. Also, by continuing to invest in new CNC machinery and keeping up to date with developments in the engineering industry we are able to provide our customers with high quality machined components”.
