A significant new letting has been secured at Titanic Quarter’s Channel Commercial Park by leading commercial property agency Lisney.

BLK BOX Fitness specialises in the design, manufacture and delivery of strength and conditioning fitness equipment across a wide range of sectors to national and international markets.

Established in 2012 by MD Gregory Bradley, the company has worked with some of the leading sporting organisations throughout Ireland and the UK.

The move to its new facility in Titanic Quarter coincides with the completion of its latest project in Dubai, a state of the art private fitness club on the first floor of the world’s biggest Lamborghini showroom. At 100,000 sq ft, it is the largest and also one of the most luxurious private training fitness clubs in the world.

“Our business is about applying intelligence and attitude to the sports and fitness industry,” said Mr Bradley.

“From the start, we wanted to position ourselves as distinctive to those other companies in the market and the key differentiator is through the way we apply our knowledge to the requirements of our clients.

“Moving to the Titanic Quarter’s Channel Commercial Park represents a significant milestone for the company. Our manufacturing output has increased dramatically and the showroom will be opening imminently.

“The surroundings and history linked to this excellent location all add to our presence here and now BLK BOX Fitness truly has a facility which matches our ambitions as a business.”

Located five minutes from George Best Belfast City Airport, with direct access to motorways and Europe’s fastest direct fibre-optic links to North America, Titanic Quarter attracts a diverse range of businesses looking to base and expand their operations.

Andrew Gawley, Associate Director at Lisney, said:

“Channel Commercial Park continues to attract considerable interest from a wide range of companies looking for premises which have both scale and convenience.

“These units have a huge appeal to a host of different companies, from warehousing specialists to manufacturing firms and from logistics organisations to film and TV production companies.

“In addition to BLK BOX Fitness we are pleased to announce that Lisney is in the process of relocating further businesses to the park.”

James Eyre, Titanic Quarter’s Commercial Director, said:

“Channel Commercial Park is one of Belfast’s largest and most versatile business locations, attracting growing local, national and international companies.  We’re delighted to welcome BLK BOX Fitness who will further enhance the mix of sectors represented in the business park.

“Interest in commercial space within Titanic Quarter has grown significantly over the past year and today’s announcement demonstrates its attractiveness to companies seeking to locate and expand operations.

“With over 100 firms and 6,000 people working in Titanic Quarter, Channel Commercial Park continues to grow as an integral part of the development.”

Commercial property agents Lisney and CBRE have been jointly appointed by Titanic Quarter Ltd to market Channel Commercial Park.
