Lease renewal is “vote of confidence” in Whittington Hall

Blue Marble Asset Management (Blue Marble) has negotiated the renewal of an office lease at Whittington Hall, Worcester.

Acting on behalf of the Pemberstone Partnership, the Birmingham-based specialist real estate asset management company has re-let The Lodge at Whittington Hall, Whittington Road, Worcester, WR5 2ZX, to Concept Building Services on a new three year lease.
