Two’s company as brothers join Naismiths

National commercial property and construction consultancy Naismiths is proving that two heads are better than one, with Adrian and Michael Aston joining the business.

The brothers, who have over 70 years’ combined experience in the property and construction industry, will be working with the team at Naismiths’ Birmingham office to deliver key services and expertise to a range of clients.

They will be responsible for leading on expert witness, dispute resolution, mediation, quantum and forensic analysis, delay analysis and evaluation services. They will also provide advice on procurement, and contract and commercial arrangement.

The brothers are the latest in a string of new appointments for the Birmingham based consultancy. Project services director Mark Bevan joined last year.

Key projects Adrian has worked on include the £24 million refurbishment of 125 Colmore Row in Birmingham, the £90 million development of Gillingham Business Park, and a £4 million budget hotel at Coventry’s Ricoh Arena. Michael’s experience includes a £16m new University Sport & Leisure facility, the £20m refurbishment of offices and an associated manufacturing facility and a £7m national restaurant refurbishment rollout programme.
