Leading chartered surveyors Johnson Fellows has been appointed to help the expansion of Starbucks coffee shops across the Midlands.
Birmingham-based Johnson Fellows is searching for potential new drive-thru sites on half-acre plots on behalf of Starbucks franchise operator 1 Oak Ltd.
The company already has two Starbucks shops and deals on three other sites are agreed, according to Chris Gaskell, retail agency partner at Johnson Fellows.
He said: “1 Oak is very ambitious and has retained us to lead the search to acquire new sites right across the Midlands region. We have three deals very close to being completed and we’re scouring the region for other suitable opportunities.”
Pizza Hut and Anytime Fitness franchises are also operated by 1 Oak.
