Grant Thornton strengthens its business consulting offering with high profile appointment

Leading business and financial adviser Grant Thornton has bolstered its business consulting offering with the appointment of Bob Joyce as Advisory Consultant.

Bob, a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, joins the firm from Jaguar Land Rover and will split his time between Grant Thornton’s Birmingham and London offices. He has over 30 years’ experience in the automotive sector and brings with him a wealth of knowledge covering restructuring, commercial performance, global expansion and organisational development. Bob has a proven track record of successfully challenging organisations into new ways of thinking and leading and motivating large teams in highly complex situations.

Bob was one of only 15 UK industry experts to be recognised for industrial business development in Debrett’s 2015 ranking of the Top 500 most influential individuals. Bob is joining Grant Thornton’s Global Automotive team and will be working closely with the firm’s UK business consulting team to develop relevant, progressive solutions to support the industry’s rapid changing requirements.
