Prisma Park hits 80% occupancy

Equity Estates are pleased to announce further take up within the Prisma Park development in Wade Road, Basingstoke.

Composite Metal Technologies Limited (CMT), an advanced materials technology company that produces innovative casting machinery for the manufacture of aluminium matrix composites, have leased a further 900 sq ft of office space, expanding into the whole of Unit 3 at an annual rent of £14.70 per sq ft. CMT continue to expand at Prisma Park, and have also increased their factory space on the Park to 5,000 sq ft.

Unit 4, of 2,100 sq ft has been sold freehold to another local company, who join a growing band of “high tech” businesses at Prisma Park. The price achieved has not been revealed by the parties, but quoting terms are based on capital values of £140 per sq ft.

As a consequence, there is now only one self contained office of 2,500 sq ft available and three single self contained floors of approximately 1,000 sq ft. Both freehold and leasehold enquiries will be considered.
