Law firm bolsters commercial property team

Dina Parmar

A Midlands law firm is going from strength to strength after making another new appointment to bolster its Commercial Property department.

Dina Parmar has joined Coventry solicitors Band Hatton Button as a Senior Associate solicitor after spending nine-and-a-half years at Harrison Clark Rickerbys Solicitors in Worcester.

It was there where Dina began to specialise in all aspects of Commercial Property, originally joining as a Paralegal before rising through the ranks to become a Senior Associate Solicitor, where Dina was also recognised for both her hard work in the office and the local community.

Dina’s new role will see her continuing to deal with all aspects of commercial property acting for commercial landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers that are selling and purchasing commercial property.

Speaking about her appointment, Dina said: “I’m both excited and delighted to be joining the team at Band Hatton Button at a time when the Commercial Property market is very strong. I am hoping to build on my previous successes including coming second in the employee category of the Worcestershire Wonderful Women Awards 2016.

“Every business is different and has its own reasons for deciding whether to buy the property they occupy or lease, so my work will focus on understanding business’ needs to ensure any decisions made will aid their growth.”

Mark Moseley, Managing Director at Band Hatton Button, added: “Dina has worked her way up to become a Senior Associate solicitor in just five and a half years which is a brilliant achievement, and we’re really thrilled to welcome her on board.

“Dina’s appointment follows Daniel Blood’s arrival who recently joined as a Partner in the same department.

“This is more good news for our Commercial Property department, which recently received a boost in the rankings in the Legal 500 directory, and also saw Head of Commercial Property Nick Button recognised for his work over the past year. It’s an exciting time to be at Band Hatton Button and I am looking forward to seeing our new recruits settle in and help us to drive the business forward.”
