Local company relocates

Long established Wolverhampton Company ADAS UK Ltd is moving from its Wergs Road site to take its own self-contained office building at Pendeford Business Park.

Environmental and Agricultural Consultants, ADAS has been in Wolverhampton since 1937 when originally part of the Ministry of Agriculture.  The site is to be redeveloped for high quality housing, and its tenants moving out hence the need to relocate.

Towler Shaw Roberts were marketing the Pendeford Business Park property and negotiated the terms of the lease to ADAS.

Mark Talbot Group Facilities Manager at ADAS commented: “We chose Pendeford House following a rigorous search of the market because of its proximity to our existing offices enabling all our staff to make the move with us.  The previous tenant fitted out the building to a high standard which has provided us with ideal, modern accommodation for our new head quarters building”.

Richard Bache of Towler Shaw Roberts said, “Pendeford House is a good modern building which I am sure ADAS will see the benefit of.  We acted on behalf of the previous tenant, negotiating a surrender of their lease to enable ADAS to take on a new 10 year term”.

ADAS are currently fitting out and plan to relocate in June 2012.
