The letting of the Wesley Rooms in Ironbridge has been completed by Wiggins & Lockett Chartered Surveyors. The former school building and chapel has been let to Affinity Accounting who intend to develop the space for their own use and to offer desk space to local companies.
Anthony Wiggins, Partner at the Telford based surveyors said, “We are delighted that a company of the calibre of Affinity Accounting has taken the remaining section of the Wesley Rooms. Availability of commercial space in the Ironbridge Gorge is now very limited with very little new coming to the market in the last 12 months and all our instructions in the area being let or sold.”
