Trebor Developments LLP, in conjunction with funding partner, Aviva Investors Pensions Limited, have held a launch event for the new 94,500 sq ft speculative “Apollo” industrial building, which is being constructed at the Advanced Manufacturing Hub.  The building is on programme to be completed by February 2017 and can now prominently be seen from the A38 Aston Expressway.

The event was attended by around 50 commercial agents from the West Midlands and good interest is already being seen in this high quality, industrial, building from a range of occupiers looking for quality accommodation.  The “Apollo” development has the convenience of immediate access onto the West Midlands motorway network, yet is located close to Birmingham City Centre.

Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner of Trebor Developments, on behalf of Trebor and Aviva Investors commented, “It is fantastic to see the building taking shape, following the completion of the steelwork and ongoing cladding erection, allowing us to provide early access to occupiers from November 2016.  The building is one of few, large, industrial buildings being built across the West Midlands for completion in early 2017 and with continuing strong demand from the industrial market we look forward to concluding terms.

The development is being marketed by joint agents, Savills Birmingham Office (Charlie Spicer) and Cushman and Wakefield Birmingham office (David Binks and Colin Lawrence-Waterhouse).
