London Clancy and Lambert Smith Hampton complete letting of landmark office building in Bournemouth

Acting on behalf of a private investor, London Clancy have completed a new lease of landmark offices at 3 Poole Road Bournemouth to solicitors Dutton Gregory LLP.

Lambert Smith Hampton acquired the premises on behalf of Dutton Gregory Solicitors, which sees them taking the entire building totalling 6,659 sq ft, representing one of the largest lettings in Bournemouth town centre this year. Dutton Gregory have signed a 10 year lease on confidential terms.
