Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP invest in young talent

Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP has recruited seven new graduates/junior staff to join both their London and Bristol offices in response to the companies continued growth.  Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP, an independent firm of commercial property consultants, has seen a substantial increase in their business over the past 24 months with growth across all sectors.

Three new recruits are joining the London office.

Leah Cave joins the office agency team from SDL Bigwood where she obtained experience in both their commercial agency and the auction teams. Leah obtained a degree in Business in Property from University of West of England and will continue to work towards her APC at Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP.

Leah is joined by Imah Miah, who joins the professional team, specialising in business rates and landlord and tenant work. Imah studied law at City University before obtaining two years’ experience with business rates specialists, CVS. Imah will commence her RICS Masters in Real Estate in September whilst continuing her role at Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP.

William Shortridge has graduated from University of West of England in Property and Investment Management and joins the Property and Asset Management department. William completed a 12 month period with Sanderson Weatherall’s Bristol office in his sandwich year, working in both retail agency and commercial valuation.

In Bristol, Hannah Batchelor has returned to Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP, after completing her degree at the University of West of England, where she obtained a First in Property and Investment Management.  Hannah obtained twelve months experience as part of her sandwich year at Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP and will be joining the Property and Asset Management team.

Beth Warren has joined from Suffolk based agents, Clarke and Simpson to join the Building Consultancy team as property administrator, dealing primarily for the Maritime and Coastguard Agency portfolio which extends across the whole of UK including Northern Ireland.

Continuing the company’s commitment to help young people start in business, Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP has recruited Lizzie Boswell and Stephanie Kirkman for their sandwich year placement from their studies at the University of West of England. Lizzie who is studying Property and Investment Management, has joined the Bristol agency team and Stephanie, who is studying accountancy, has joined the accounts team
