Acting on behalf of a private individual, Flude Commercial have let 30 Grand Parade, Brighton to Creative Werkplaces Limited.
The property measuring 1,986 sq ft has been let on a new 15 year lease.
The rent agreed is £25,000 per annum with a Break Option and Rent Review in the 5th year.
And acting on behalf of Platform Group, Flude have let 1-3 Farman Street, Hove to Grandad Digital Limited.
The property measuring 2,020 sq ft has been let on a new 8 year lease.
The rent agreed is £30,000 per annum with a Break Option and Rent Review in the 4th year.
