High demand for units at Shrewsbury’s Vanguard Park

High demand for units at Shrewsbury’s Vanguard Park has been recognised with the first sale completed at the region’s most successful premier trade park.

Morris Properties’ Plot 19 development totals about 25,000ft² of trade counters available either for sale or to let. Unit A, which is almost 4,000ft², has been bought by a local investor. Agents Towler Shaw Roberts, along with Halls Commercial, have been retained to secure a tenant for the unit.

Liz Lowe, Head of Estates at Morris Properties, said: “Our Plot 19 development at Vanguard offers great business opportunities in a prime location so we are not surprised by the interest. In addition to the sale of Unit A, we are now delighted to announce all of the remaining units have also gone under offer with sales/lettings due to complete over the next few months.

“Vanguard is known for its flexible spaces, modern design and good transport links which underline its position as the premier trade park in Shrewsbury.”

Vanguard Park is two and a half miles north of Shrewsbury town centre and within the principal commercial area of the town. It is home to 35 national, regional and local trade counter occupiers.

The latest phase features ten high specification units, all with stunning full height glazed frontages and forecourt car parking. The second phase with units ranging between 1960ft² to 8520ft² will be available for occupation from September 2016 onwards.
