Luke O’Dowd qualifies as a Chartered Surveyor

Kempton Carr Croft are delighted to announce that Graduate, Luke O’Dowd has passed his APC to gain Chartered (MRICS) status. He will now practice surveying as a Chartered Surveyor & RICS Registered Valuer with the firm.

Luke O’Dowd BSc MRICS, was awarded his professional status on 5th March 2016 after successfully completing the two year Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) programme run by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Luke is an active member of Kempton Carr Croft’s General Practice team and focuses on Landlord and Tenant work, local authority valuations and private valuations for residential properties across London and the Thames Valley.
