North Bristol fringe office activity increasing

National office specialist Colliers International has been appointed by XLB Property on offices on Beaufort Park in Almondsbury, near Bristol, together with local agent, Burston Cook.

Units 2 and 3 Buckingham Court each offer just over 3,000 sq ft of contemporary open plan office space handily located close to the M4/5 motorway network. Harbert and XLB bought Beaufort Park as part of a portfolio of 46 assets earlier in the year.

James Preece from Colliers International’s Bristol office said the units were ideally suited for the large number of small to medium businesses on the move across the North Bristol fringe.

“Immediately available by way of a new lease, these modern offices also come with no fewer than 12 parking spaces – a key advantage of out-of-town locations such as Beaufort Park when compared with city centre alternatives,” he said.

“Unit 2 offers 3,089 sq ft while Unit 3 has 3,101 sq ft. Both properties provide immediate access on to the motorway network via Junction 16 and are within a short drive of Bristol Parkway station.”
