Office take up in quarter one, 2016 in the central Birmingham office market totalled 283,697 sq ft in 36 deals as scheduled in the table below.
The Q1, 2016 take up figures represent the highest ever recorded by Birmingham Office Market Forum in the first quarter take up for the central Birmingham office market. It considerably eclipses the previous high recorded in Q1, 2010 of 183,348 sq ft.
This represents a very strong start to 2016, and is most encouraging following on from the record year of 2015 when nearly 1 million sq ft was recorded in total.
