Leading property adviser BNP Paribas Real Estate has announced a number of internal promotions.
Tom Marsden (City leasing) and Jonjo Lyles (industrial) are made senior directors within the firm’s agency teams and Ashley Layton becomes a senior director in the retail agency and investment team. Vik Shukla, a director in BNP Paribas Real Estate’s valuation team, is also promoted to senior director.
BNP Paribas Real Estate has also announced the appointment of several new directors including: Amelia Cross (legal, London), Barry Rushmer (facilities management, London), Daniel Parry-Jones (residential consulting, Bristol), Ewan Mackie (valuation, London), James Owen (occupier management, Birmingham), Neil Majithia (valuation, London), Nick Hillard (facilities management, London) and Oliver Forster (investment, Birmingham).
As part of the round of promotions the firm has also announced the promotion of 12 new associate directors and eight senior surveyors around the country.
