Flude Commercial are delighted to be celebrating their 20th birthday. Over the past 20 years, with the loyal support of our staff and clients, we’ve come a long way. Managing Director Edward Flude started the business from scratch in 1996. The firm has since grown to a team of 20 surveyors and support staff operating across the South-East from offices in Brighton and Chichester.
We have seen significant change in our region and industry over the last 20 years, together with the ups and downs of the commercial property market. A forward-thinking, hands-on approach has seen Flude Commercial adapt, recognising opportunities in developing markets and respond to change which has seen the company grow throughout its 20 year history.
