Goadsby and Nettleship Sawyer have, on behalf of JLA Ltd, arranged a surrender of their existing lease on 1-4 Mitchell Road by way of a new lease being granted by Ankers & Rawlings Developments Ltd to DFP Global Ltd. The premises are modern, detached and currently offer 13,130 sq ft with a high office content. The internal eaves height is 6.33m and there are two loading doors. A new 10 year lease was signed by DFP.
