Acquisition of Sovereign House, Eurolink Business Park, Sittingbourne

Harmsworth Pooled Property Unit Trust, represented by Helix Property Advisors, has purchased the freehold investment of Sovereign House, Bingham Road, Eurolink Business Park, Sittingbourne, Kent from a Private Jersey Property Company for £8.73 million.

The 63,866 sq ft property, originally developed by Hamdon Gate in 2011, is let to Abbott Laboratories Limited on a 25 year lease and produces an annual income of £577,447.
