Charity begins in Fishponds as Alzheimer’s Society take space at Verona House

The Alzheimer’s Society has taken 3,282 sq ft of office space at Verona House in Fishponds, Bristol to base their South West operations.

The modern open plan offices at Filwood Road form part of Verona House, which is also home to Barnardo’s South West Regional Office.

The landlord was represented by Williams Gunter Hardwick, who negotiated a 10-year term directly with the Alzheimer’s Society. A further 4,884 sq ft of high quality accommodation remains available at Verona House.

“We’re delighted to have secured such as good tenant for the building,” says Mike Woodliffe, Senior Surveyor of joint letting agents Williams Gunter Hardwick, “especially as they neatly complement one of the other main occupiers.

“With over 60 secure parking places and only five minutes from the motorway network, Verona House is a strong contender for organisations looking for space in Bristol.

“Critically, the rent at Verona House is just £10 per square foot. That, combined with a low service charge makes it an attractive, high quality but affordable option. It’s also just yards from the Bristol & Bath Railway Path for those coming to work by bike, and within walking distance to many thriving cafes and local shops.”

The specification for Verona House includes air conditioning, raised access floors, suspended ceilings and DDA compliance.
