Prezzo, Loungers and Cafe Nero join line up at Salmon Harvester’s Mulberry Walk

Salmon Harvester Properties Ltd has announced three more lettings at its £17.5 million Mulberry Park retail and leisure development in Sutton Coldfield.

Loungers, Prezzo and Café Nero will join Marks & Spencer, Boots and Greene King at the scheme, which is on track for completion in September 2016 and will deliver 53,857 sq ft of retail and restaurant units to the town centre.

Loungers Ltd has signed a 15 year lease on 2,400 sq ft, at a rent of £60,000 pa, Prezzo Ltd has taken 3,400 sq ft on a 25 year lease at a rent of £75,000 a year, and Café Nero has signed a 10 year lease on 1,250 sq ft at £31,250 pa.

Our plans include external seating for restaurant units on a new pedestrian walkway, a Village Square and dedicated 75 space car park.”

Marks & Spencer has also signed a 20 year lease on a 16,178 sq ft Simply Food store and Boots has agreed a10 year lease for a 3,544 sq ft unit. In addition Greene King, operating as Old Speckled Hen, has committed to a new 10 year lease for its existing 4,500 sq ft unit.

Retail and restaurant units are available from 1,018 to 14,986 sq ft. Letting agents are Rowley Hughes Thompson and DMR Property.
