ASK & Trebor submit application for retail/restaurant development at Gateway site, Wolverhampton

ASK Developments and Trebor Developments have submitted a planning application for a high profile retail/restaurant scheme on the balance of the Gateway site located at Junction 2 of the M54, on the approach to Wolverhampton.  Phase 1, which consisted of a Porsche dealership, will open in the early New Year.  The Phase 2 development will see the completion of the site’s development and consist of a coffee drive thru unit, together with retail/restaurant accommodation which is now being marketed.

Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner at Trebor, on behalf of Trebor and ASK, commented, “the submission of this planning application leads to the next step in delivering this exciting retail/restaurant led development on the prominent Gateway Wolverhampton site and we believe the units, up to 5,000 sq ft that have been identified for restaurant/retail use, will attract a great deal of interest through our letting agents.  The development is due to commence on site in Spring 2016 for completion next year.”

Letting agents for the restaurant/retail accommodation facilities are Bartlett Property and Bulleys.
