Trio of promotions at CBRE Birmingham

Three surveyors at the Birmingham office of property consultants CBRE have been promoted to associate director.

Lorna Devane-Porter joined CBRE in 2012. She works in the national land and development agency team and her role includes site acquisition and disposals, the production of viability and market reports and undertaking affordable housing sales. She advises landowners, house builders and commercial developers. Her clients include Persimmon Homes, St Modwen, Aviva Investors, Linden Homes and Bloor Homes.

Eliot Smith and James White both work in the Global Workplace Solutions team.  James has been with the firm for more than three years and is responsible for managing the TSB Bank plc portfolio. Eliot has notched up six years’ service and handles HSBC Bank plc’s property portfolio.
