A leading construction management company is moving into a unit at a popular Salisbury business centre.

Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated the lease of a unit at Barnack Business Centre to QUALSURV International Ltd.

The firm has taken out a six-year lease at an asking rent of £7,750 per annum.

The 865 sq ft (80.36 sq m) Unit 9 at the centre in Blakey Road, has open plan office accommodation suspended ceilings with recessed lighting, electric heating, fitted carpets, kitchenette and cloakroom facilities as well as allocated car parking.

Barnack Business Centre is situated on the south western edge of the city centre, with easy access to the A36 Southampton Road. It is close to Wiltshire College and other commercial users on the adjoining Milford Trading Estate.

Two other units at the centre remain for sale or let. Unit 10 is 1,111 sq ft (103.21 sq m) and £110,000 freehold or £10,000 per annum leasehold. Unit 11, at 839 sq ft (77.94 sq m), is up for sale at £85,000 freehold or £7,500 per annum leasehold.
