London Clancy celebrates 25th anniversary

London Clancy, the M3 and South Coast property agents, launched their anniversary year in style with a party at Bombay Sapphire on 1 st October 2015. The event was attended by clients and colleagues past and present and was enhanced by the beautiful historic setting of Laverstoke Mill.

The evening commenced with tours of the distillery followed by cocktails and then the main event took place. The two aspiring comedians Jim London and Mark Clancy summed up the last 25 years in a clever and amusing skit in the style of Alas Smith and Jones.

Satirical reference was made to the ‘highs and lows’ in the commercial property market over the last 25 years together with the changes and challenges since their management buyout in December 1990.

London Clancy are looking forward to an exciting 12 months promise ahead as the property market continues on its upward curve and the firm’s staff mark their celebratory year raising funds for three different charities within the region – The Basingstoke Arc Cancer Centre Charity, the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice in Farnham and the Jubilee Sailing Trust.

A memorable evening on the 1 st can be summed up by some of the guests’
comments:

“…such an impressive and interesting venue and with such convivial company”

“The two comedians were outstanding, I think there is a career there for someone”

“You’ve been a very distinctive and progressive firm since you started – and long may you continue to be so! “

“…you must be congratulated on this achievement and you have all made a professional and well regarded impact on the commercial scene in the South.”

Wonderful feedback for 25 years of London Clancy and a great evening of celebrations. Let’s see what the next 25 bring!
