Wolverhampton Gateway Phase 2 development proceeds

Ask Developments Limited and Trebor Developments have launched Phase 2 of the Gateway Wolverhampton development site following the successful completion of Phase 1, representing a new Porsche Dealership leased to Pendragon Group.

Phase 2 will shortly be submitted for planning and will include a new Costa Coffee drive-thru facility based on terms agreed with Costa Coffee on a leasehold basis, and a further 4,000 sq ft of restaurant/retail/leisure accommodation which is being marketed by the development partners.

The scheme will provide a highly visible scheme located overlooking the M54 Junction 2 roundabout and A449 Stafford Road, being located a very short distance from the i54 Development.

Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner of Trebor Developments, commented on behalf of the Development Partners; “The Phase 2 development will complement the very prestigious Porsche Dealership that is now handed over and currently being fitted out to open later this year. We believe a Costa Coffee drive-thru located on the balance of the site in a highly visible location, will enhance the overall development, together with the addition of retail/restaurant units which we will develop and for which marketing has now commenced”.

This retail and drive-thru development follows the successfully completed Cannock Gateway retail development which Trebor completed last month, which also incorporated a Costa Coffee drive-thru.

Joint agents for the scheme are Bartlett Property and Bulleys.
