In further indication of the Midland’s booming business confidence, Tyler Grange, one of the UK’s fastest growing environmental planning consultancies, has opened a new office at St. Modwen’s Longbridge Innovation Centre.

A specialist in landscape planning, ecology and arboriculture, Tyler Grange counts St. Modwen amongst its portfolio of clients, providing the regeneration specialist with landscape planning and ecology services for its developments across the Midlands.

James Teal, Innovation Centre Manager, said: “Tyler Grange joins the growing body of property consultants at Longbridge, which already includes Rodgers Leask, Phil Jones Associates, Wright Design & Management, and is home to St. Modwen’s regional headquarters.

“The company has a sterling reputation for providing advice for projects across the full range of sectors and projects – from complex urban extensions to small infill developments – and is well regarded across the property industry.”

Tyler Grange has deliberately adopted a ‘local’ policy, opting to establish regional offices and recruit local people in order to benefit from provincial knowledge and, in turn, build strong working relationships with clients.

The policy has proven successful, with the first half of 2015 being a period of unprecedented growth for the firm, which now employs more than 40 staff members. Alongside the new Longbridge office, Tyler Grange has also opened offices in London and Exeter over the last few months, adding to its established bases in the Cotswolds and Manchester.

Rob Hughes, partner and manager of the Longbridge office, said: “Longbridge offers the ideal location for our Midlands office. Longbridge Town Centre is on our doorstep and we are minutes from the motorway network and rail station. The excellent connectivity enables staff and clients to use our offices as a convenient meeting place and to take advantage of the Innovation Centre’s in-house meeting rooms and conferencing facilities.

“With high levels of investment in development and infrastructure, Birmingham is a major growth area, attracting jobs and associated development and housing. Tyler Grange is well placed to assist house builders and commercial clients with delivering this growth through all stages of the planning process.”

Longbridge Innovation Centre offers a full range of business support services, including state-of-the-art IT and telecommunications resources, dedicated tenant and visitor on-site car parking and 24/7 security with an access control system.
