Fishron Investments Limited have let the ground and first floor of Anchor Court, London Road, Basingstoke. The premises totalled approximately 4,670 sq.ft. and was let on a new lease for a term of 10 years, with a tenants break. The premises have been taken by the Barn Bathroom Centre, who will be looking to provide a new and unique service and display area for their clients. Chris Gaze of The Barn commented “the style of building reflects the quality and uniqueness of our products and business.”
