Dominvs Group’s Tramway Industrial Estate now fully let following On Board Defence deal

Dominvs Group, the real estate investment, development and asset management company, has let unit 3 Tramway Industrial Estate, Banbury, Oxfordshire to On Board Defence.

The vehicle security company has taken the 7,306 sq ft (679 sq m) warehouse space, on a 10-year lease.

The premises is situated on Haslemere Way, close to Banbury railway station that provides direct rail access to London and Birmingham. Tramway Road Industrial Estate, which is now fully let, comprises ten modern warehouse properties with good parking and yard space.
