Vail Williams promotions reward expert team for impressive results and growth

Charlie Nicholson, now a Salaried Partner at Vail Williams

A fresh round of promotions at commercial property expert Vail Williams has rewarded its team of professionals for a string of impressive results and client success.

The most senior elevation was Charlie Nicholson who is now Salaried Partner, having joined the company as a graduate in 2005. He leads the Thames Valley and Heathrow business space team and advises clients including Konami, Ferring Pharmaceuticals and Patrizia, as well as securing new instructions from Hermes and Watch Shop Ltd.

Moving up to Associate is Sus Lopez-Garcia, who joined Vail Williams in 2008 as a qualified surveyor. He relocated to the business’s Gatwick region from Heathrow and has managed, in particular, a high volume of valuation and local authority portfolio work.

Andy Nixon has been promoted to Surveyor Level 2 having first joined Vail Williams as a graduate in 2012. Joining the Thames Valley business space after a spell in  the corporate real estate team, he has built strong professional links representing the company at the Young Professionals Network, for which he is a committee member.

From joining as a Graduate Planner in November 2012, Ben Christian has become Planner Level 2. Within the last 12 months he has achieved MRTPI accreditation, assisted with the development of the Solent Planning team, and worked successfully on a wide variety of projects.

Sarah Isherwood is promoted to Planner Level 1 in the Thames Valley office. The new position is reward for her work and leadership on several large schemes for the Planning team, which she first joined as an undergraduate in June 2014.

Also becoming Planner Level 1 is Chris Fairchild who joined Vail Williams’ Guildford office in June 2013. Working in the Planning team, he coordinates work for a number of corporate clients and supports external networking events.

Patrick Pringle, who is now Surveyor Level 1, has had success in the Thames Valley and Heathrow Business Space team since joining Vail Williams in December 2014.
He is studying at the College of Estate Management to gain a BSc in Real Estate Management.
