Businesses steered to leading out of town park

Office specialists Colliers International has been appointed by high-tech manufacturer Nvidia to let the 30,713 sq ft 930 Aztec West on the northern fringes of Greater Bristol.

The contemporary building, situated on the south-eastern corner of Park Drive, has flexible sized suites ranging from 10,055 sq ft.  It offers views overlooking the lake and provides 122 parking spaces – an increasingly important draw for businesses coming up against city centre restrictions.

Bristol offices director James Preece said the city’s most popular business park was seeing ever increasing demand for high-specification space.
