Tower House, the 14-storey office building in the centre of Bristol’s thriving commercial district, is almost full following a deal brokered by Colliers International.
The deal sees Bristol solicitors, Leung & Co, take 1,200 sq ft on the 12th floor on a five year lease, leaving just one suite available to let.
The last remaining suite in the building offers 1,480 sq ft of good quality, open plan office accommodation with far reaching views of the city.
Tower House is subject to an on-going refurbishment of the communal areas and Nick King of asset managers Urbina commented: “Leung & Co will be a great addition to the tenant mix at Tower House.
“They join other high profile occupiers including Immediate Media, Central Appointments and eRecruit. Following our extensive refurbishment programme it is great to see the building coming close to full capacity once again and we’re confident that the final suite will be snapped up in no time.”
Tower House is being marketed by joint agents Colliers International and JLL.
